- Motor burned? Overheating may apppear ONLY if you have the 20m long version and you use it to transport sand, cement, flour, grains, etc to a height of 15m, for more than 10 hours. The motors have thermal protection, which will trigger a shutdown. If you turn it on again immediately, it may burn out.
- Bearing on the pull end stuck? The bearing on the pulling end has a small grease nipple. We highly recommend greasing it at every 1000 tons transported, otherwise it may cause a jam.
- We ofer 1 year of warranty, no matter how much you use the product. This includes the motor, spiral, hose and bearing. Shipping costs are supported by customer. If it is found that the product had a manufacturing problem, we will cover the shipping costs.
