Flexible screw conveyor made in UE from high quality parts with monophasic 220V motor. This screw conveyor has a 4 KW – 1500 rpm motor with cooper at interior and cast iron at exterior. It can be used to transport several types of grains but also other finely ground materials such as flour, cement or sand.

It has a forged spiral rounded on exterior to not damage the tube. The tube is high quality with 110mm diameter at exterior.Minimum hose durability (90 degree bend): 10,000 tons. The warranty also covers the hose. Hose and spiral weight per meter: 3 KG

Thanks to high power motor the flexible screw conveyor can transport around 6-8 tones of cereals like wheat, barley or corn per hour and 8-10 tones of flour, cement, sand per hour. This screw conveyor can transport materials on 90% of his length on vertical. We uploaded some videos to see it how is working, check them below. - We ship the flexible screw conveyors sealed on a 120x80cm EPAL, using Raben or Pallex shipping company.

- The shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page, after you succesfully submit your delivery address.

- We have resale stores in Sweden, Hungary and Romania. Our shipping team will send your product from the country nearest your location.

- Personal pick-up is available from one of the countries mentioned above.

Warranty

- Motor burned? Overheating may apppear ONLY if you have the 20m long version and you use it to transport sand, cement, flour, grains, etc to a height of 15m, for more than 10 hours. The motors have thermal protection, which will trigger a shutdown. If you turn it on again immediately, it may burn out.

- Bearing on the pull end stuck? The bearing on the pulling end has a small grease nipple. We highly recommend greasing it at every 1000 tons transported, otherwise it may cause a jam.

- We ofer 1 year of warranty, no matter how much you use the product. This includes the motor, spiral, hose and bearing. Shipping costs are supported by customer. If it is found that the product had a manufacturing problem, we will cover the shipping costs.
